| Duties: |
Serves as the primary resource for all incoming calls to the Access Center and initiates a full Inquiry form for each call.
Completes Inquiry forms accurately and with special attention to the details of referral source, insurance information and demographic info.
Explains the need for and use of insurance coverage information to each potential patient, pre-qualifying patients before booking appointments whenever possible.

| Minimum Requirements: |
High School Graduate with minimum of 2 years similar work experience.
Customer service, sales or inquiry experience or related background.
Data entry/computer experience required.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated organizational skills.

| Hours: |
Part Time: Saturday - Sunday
