| Duties: |
The Chemical Dependency Counselor is responsible for Orientation, Assessment, Treatment Planning, Counseling and Case Management for Adult Services patients. |
| Minimum Requirements: |
Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, addictions and/or other human services field.
Two (2) years experience working with chemical dependent individuals and families.
Expertise in 12-Step Programs, conduct both large and small groups and be effective in oral and written communication skills.
Prefer State License/Certification (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, CCSW, CSW) Prefer Addiction Certification (CADAC, MAC, etc.).
